Shalamche Border

Shalamcheh is the name of a border village and region (in Khuzestan province) which is located in the northwest of Khorramshahr, and the border between Iran and Iraq, and is the closest border point to the Iraqi city of Basra. The border of Shalamcheh, like the border of Mehran, is one of the centers of pilgrimage from Iran to Iraq (Atbat-e-Aliat). And through it, a wide range of dairy, industrial and agricultural products (both raw and / or processed) are exported to Iraq.
